TAKE CARE OF A FRIEND TUESDAY: I truly believe food should be your medicine. Food is my weapon when it comes to healing the body. Why? It works when we work it. Why is it that chicken noodle soup makes you feel so much better? Food heals! And every disease process depends on what you feed your body. I have a few cancer patients and I sometimes meal prep for them (yes, I’m that controlling). Chemo and radiation can kill cancer and kill the body at the same time. Chemo kills cells period. Good and bad cells.
So today, I’m being Intentional with my Tuesdays. I decided to make my anti-inflammatory/cancer-fighting/flu curing, break-up, and divorce soup. (It’s that serious sometimes) for my chemo friend and client. The Cancer Soup feeds the soul and the cells of cancer ravaged body. Today be INTENTIONAL to one friend today who needs a little more Jesus in their life today. Why, because Jesus looks good on you when you walk into the room with this soup.
