You must live under a rock if you have not heard the amazing benefits of Moringa.  This amazing superfood gained popularity about 10 years ago in the western world.  Now it is grown and cultivated here in the US.  Just like the awareness of the health benefits of Cannabis, we are just now discovering the amazing health benefits of Moringa.  Moringa’s nutritional profile is incredible and in other countries, it is sacred and revered. Touted as having more than 90 nutrients and over 45 compounds with antioxidant properties, a significant dose of vitamins A, C and E, as well potassium, calcium and protein, the Moringa plant is known for a myriad of health benefits including its ability to fight inflammation and free radicals, support the brain and protect the cardiovascular system, liver and much more and why this should be added to any anti-cancer protocol.  It was discovered in African countries that Moringa cured malnutrition.  Although grown in many parts of Africa, many of the native people used Moringa, however, they usually boiled all the nutrients out of the tree.

The moringa plant grows best in very hot climates.  Did you know that it often called “the tree that won’t die”?  Now, I  know that is a plant that I want in my wellness cabinet.   To strengthen the potency of moringa, the leaves should be dried and grounded into a powder.  What’s even better is that it does not take a lot of moringa to feed your body the necessary nutrients you need per day.  It is reported that it has 18 of 20 amino acids your body needs.  Yes, it is a Superfood!  Taking ½ to 1 teaspoon of Moringa Powder a day is the perfect amount to give your body a nutrient-packed health boost; and the best part is, its mild, earthy flavor makes it incredibly easy to incorporate into your daily diet.
