Recipe
3 Ripe Avocado
1 tsp of lemon or lime juice
1 package of Frontera Guacamole Mix
2 tbsp of Sea Moss (freshly prepared)
2 tbsp of Sour Sop Fruit
Kale, Spinach or Lettuce
Melba Toast, Bread of Brushetta
Mash three ripe avocado. Add lime juice. Add in Guacamole mix. Blend Seamoss and Soursop Fruit in blender. Use kale or spinach for layering on top of bread or toast.
